Research Interests:Two D cell culture and 3D culture (cancer organoids) and anticancer Drugs therapy, Molecular Biology techniques as, Electrophoresis and Western Blotting, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Real Time PCR, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Disposition kinetics and Pharmacodynamics, Drug toxicology and biochemical measuring and monitoring, Effect of drugs on isolated organs, tissues and muscles preparations, Effect of drugs on intact animals (Blood pressure, ECG, respiration, hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity, analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects).

Biography:Mohamed Elbadawy博士是一种药剂师，其药理学家在不同动物物种中具有不同理化性质的药物的药物处理和口腔吸收谱。此外，药物动力学的药效学剂是测试药物在孤立器官或组织制剂中以及完整的实验动物中的作用和机制。此外，他在2D和3D培养（有机体）中经历过癌细胞，并针对几种类型的癌症测试抗癌药物。他从埃及（Benha University）和来自日本的博士学位（兽医学院，岐阜大学兽医学院），现在仍在日本。
